Occupied properties                                                                             

Ø  Pull all recip/switch covers. Cover all outlets and switches

Ø  Remove all window treatments

Ø  Move and cover all furniture

Ø  Where possible, pull all fans, lighting, can light covers ect., chandeliers, and when painting bathrooms we will pull the toilet tank

Ø  Cover all counter tops and cabinets where needed

Ø  Fix any cosmetic damage we can see, i.e..  Nail holes, stress cracks, water damage ect…, using acrylic latex w/silicone paintable caulking, joint compound, joint tape, and texturing techniques.

Ø  Ø  Clean, tape and caulk all trim, crown, cabinets,  window casing and all closet shelving as needed

Ø Prime all raw surfaces

Unoccupied properties and/or new construction                                  

Ø   Same as above. With the addition of other prep if using a sprayer

We prime and paint HVAC intake/return vents to the body color. Unless otherwise requested.
